I love using the service because if anything goes wrong them you have got someone to sort it out almost instantly! I prefer to email Cubify because you get a reply very fast, within hours even! You can also phone them and I will link there numbers bellow and there email to! When you phone they have different lines for different parts of the world which I also think is brilliant because that means you are not on hold all of the time!Īlso easier you can use there website to email them, just leave your name, email and message which I tend to do because it goes straight to the server! When they email you they will either tell you what to do or will leave an attachment to a video or a manual stating what you should do.
At first when I decided to contact Cubify by email I was surprised to find how fast they replied because of time zones, as they are based in Carolina and I am in the UK! My first email took at least a day because I contacted them on a Sunday but the next day as soon as I woke up there was a message in my inbox from them. The printing process isn't nearly as neat and clean as the replicators on "Star Trek," but it's a first step.
Check out the promo vid below, or this Engadget video showing a figurine being dug out of a bed of powder in the printer. The figurines feature hair and eye details, and you can add a custom message on the "Star Trek" insignia stand.
